We are a Midwest family; thru and thru.

Previously calling Minnesota home, we have recently relocated to  beautiful SW Wisconsin where we hunkered down to be closer to extended family. Our four-legged friends have room to roam and friends to make while we enjoy four glorious seasons of beautiful nature.  

We implement daily wellness for ourselves and feel its important to share with our community.

While working to consume less, we note the importance of the energy that drives us.
